You are most welcome to place orders for the Memorial Wall Plaques for your dearly departed family members/friends.
Please submit your orders no later than 5th October 2026. Cost for each Plaque is $50.00.
Order forms with attached envelopes are available in the Parish foyer.
Please write your details clearly on the form, place the completed form together with the correct amount of money in the envelope provided and place the envelope in the clear box located in the Parish foyer.
