The West Australian Catholic Migrant & Refugee Office (WACMRO) invites individuals from the Catholic community to consider the following events hosted by Community Refugee Sponsorship Australia (CRSA).
Creating welcome through sponsorship is part of the Catholic response to vulnerable displaced persons. Discover what welcome looks like in practice, meet the people making it possible and learn about practical ways you can choose welcome and sponsor a refugee family to live permanently in Australia.
The information evenings explore how to turn goodwill into practical action and how you can be part of it. Hear firsthand from local community members about what inspired them to extend welcome and from newly arrived persons who share their experiences of building a new life in Western Australia.
